Better Default Images for WordPress Blog Posts

Featured images can play a huge role in a theme’s visual design. Frequently themes will have a ‘default’ or a ‘placeholder’ image in place for if there’s no featured image set, but this can look just as bad as no images at all. Here’s a better solution.

Setting up Domain Name Mapping with GoDaddy and WordPress Multisite

WordPress Multisite is an amazing system, and I’m currently working on rolling it out as a network of sites used to lease area-targeted marketing sites for traffic attorneys. This is a brief write-up on how I properly handled the domain name masking, including the configurations needed for GoDaddy. (Becaue GoDaddy is awful.)
